The Touched by Christopher Foundation is now in its 5th year and we are excited to announce our second Gala Dinner, which will be held on the 17th of October 2024, at Doltone House, Darling Island, 48 Pirrama Road,  Pyrmont NSW 

The foundation was founded after a tragic incident occurred on a jobsite in Macquarie Park, that took Christopher Cassaniti’s life on the 01st of April 2019 

Our very first Gala Dinner was an amazing and successful night, 567 guest attended and this year we decided to choose a bigger venue, as it sold out with many more wanting to attend. Click here for highlights.

The Touched by Christopher foundation is one of a kind and raises money to help families who have lost a loved one in the workplace in NSW, we provide each family with 3 months’ worth of groceries and pay any outstanding bills that they may have, so that they can grieve without the everyday burdens.  This came about after Robert and Patrizia Cassaniti were overwhelmed by the outpouring and generosity of the public, that they wanted to give back in honour of their son Christopher. 

With this year's Gala Dinner, we have a goal, and that is to raise enough money so that we are able to also include 3 months’ worth of Mortgage or Rent so that we can extend the Foundation’s help to all families that have endured a workplace death. 

NO AUSTRALIAN SHOULD EVER GO TO WORK AND NOT COME HOME, but unfortunately incidents keep happening and we are here to help.
